Terramin collects names, email addresses and request details for the purpose of responding to queries sent to our general email address (info@terramin.com.au).  Terramin also collects names and email addresses for the purpose of maintaining a list of people who have requested to be added to our mailing list.  Personal information collected for these purposes is not used for any other purpose, is kept strictly confidential and is not disclosed to any third parties.

JORC Competent Person Statement

The information on this website that relates to Exploration Results is based on information compiled by Mr Eric Whittaker. The information that relates to Mineral Resources for Menninnie Dam and Tala Hamza is based on information compiled by Mr Robert Singer. The information that relates to Mineral Resources for Angas and Sunter is based on information compiled by Mr Eric Whittaker and Mr Thomas Denver. The information that relates to Ore Reserves for Tala Hamza is based on information compiled by Dr David Allison and for Angas by Mr Andrew Harris. Mr Whittaker, Mr Singer, Mr Denver and Mr Harris are Members of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Dr Allison is a member of the Institute on Materials, Minerals and Mining. Mr Denver is Senior Mine Geologist and Mr Harris is Mine Manager of Angas Zinc Mine and both are full time employees of Terramin Australia Limited. Mr Whittaker is a consultant to Terramin and Dr Allison was a Senior Mine Engineer at Golder Associates (UK) Ltd at the time of their respective estimates. All have sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity which he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 Edition of the ‘Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves'. Mr Whittaker, Mr Denver, Mr Singer and Dr Allison consent to the inclusion on this website of the matters based on his information in the form and context in which it appears.

Notes to Resources And Reserves

  1. Resources for Angas and Sunter are estimated at a cut off of 2% Pb+Zn.

  2. Resources for TalaHamza are estimated at a cut off of 2.5% ZnEq. The Zinc Equivalence formula for Tala Hamza is %ZnEq = %Zn + 0.59 x %Pb and is based on long term predicted prices at October 2009 of Pb USD1,323/t and Zn USD1,764/t and metal recoveries of Pb 62% and Zn 88%.

  3. Resources for Menninnie Dam are estimated at a cut off of 2.5% Pb+Zn.

  4. Reserve cut off grade at Angas is 7.26% Pb+Zn.

  5. Reserve cut off grade at TalaHamza is 2.5% Zn.

  6. Angas Resources and Reserves: Estimated as at 1 January 2013. Resources are additional to Reserves. Indicated Resources are exclusive of those Resources converted to Reserve. Resources exclude oxide and transitional material.

  7. TalaHamza Resources estimated as at 15 November 2009. Reserve is as at 12 October 2010. Reserve is for a block cave. Resources are inclusive of Reserves.

  8. Menninnie Dam Resources are as at 15 February 2011.

  9. Sunter resources are as at 29 November 2011.
